With our close proximity to the UPS national hub, ISA provides 3- to 5-day turnaround on most repairs – usually much faster than you’ll experience with the OEM.
1-DAY EMERGENCY REPAIR / EXCHANGE
If an emergency arises requiring a new circuit board, ISA will ship a remanufactured board from our stock within 24 hours. As soon as you receive our board, simply ship the defective board to us in exchange. ISA realizes that needs may be critical. Therefore, we bill only for the repair. Moreover, remanufactured parts carry a warranty equal to or better than the original new-part warranty.
CONTRACT REPAIRS
ISA frequently enters into contractual arrangements with manufacturers and large end-users for long-term repair and maintenance. We allocate necessary manpower and materials to ensure rapid response, guaranteed inventory, and long-term support. ISA is known for repairs. For over 20 years we’ve been repairing circuit boards from Andover, Dorado, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, SimplexGrinnell, and most other security system manufacturers. Our customers typically save from 30% to 50% of the cost of new parts.
NO-RISK WARRANTY
Our repairs come with a full 1-year warranty. If an ISA-repaired part does not function, return it within a year, and we’ll fix the problem.
THE REPAIR PROCESS
ISA technicians conduct an extensive troubleshooting test using specially designed electronic analysis equipment. Once the problem is diagnosed, a highly trained technician repairs your board.
Repaired boards are installed into a live working system – identical to your own – to ensure that it will work properly in your system. The board is then ultrasonically cleaned and treated with our exclusive acrylic coating, which protects your board from heat, steam, or water damage.
Finally, we hand pack it in an anti-static bag and place it in a specially designed foam filled box for rapid shipment to you.
