When repairing a part, ISA technicians conduct an extensive component level troubleshooting procedure using specially designed electronic testing equipment. Once testing is completed and the problem is diagnosed, a highly trained technician using state-of-the-art repair equipment repairs your board. Even though we use high tech tools to diagnose and repair your equipment, we take the repair process a step further.
Repaired boards are put into a live working system that is identical to your own for functional test. This test insures that the board will work properly in your system as it verifies the integrity of the board repair. Once the board is tested sufficiently and deemed repaired, it will be ultrasonically cleaned and treated with our exclusive acrylic coating. This coating protects your board from heat, steam or water damage. The final step in our quality process involves the packing of your equipment. To ensure that your board arrives undamaged, we hand pack it in an anti-static bag and place it in a specially designed foam filled box before shipment. Quick Turn-around means Shorter DowntimeQuality workmanship is of little value if it is not timely. ISA provides three to five day turnaround on most repairs. This is usually much faster than you’ll experience with the OEM.In emergency cases, ISA will exchange a remanufactured board from our stock within 24 hours. Repair / ExchangeIf an emergency arises, requiring a new circuit board, ISA will ship a remanufactured board from our stock within 24 hours. As soon as you receive our board, simply ship the defective board to us in exchange.ISA realizes that needs may be critical. Therefore, we only bill for the repair. Contract RepairsIn addition to supporting our customers with board and parts repairs on an as needed basis, ISA is prepared to enter into contractual arrangements with manufacturers and large end-users for longer-term arrangements.
