ISA maintains an extensive inventory of remanufactured circuit boards and parts for legacy energy management, fire and security systems and industrial controls. These boards are a fraction of the cost of new boards and come with the same or a better warranty than a new board.

Keeping Your System up and Running

During our 20 plus years of business, ISA has learned that there are times when our customers don't have the flexibility to send us their part for repair. They don't have a spare board in stock and taking their system off-line for an extended period of time is simply not an option. What can they do?

They turn to ISA.

Through our Repair/Exchange program - ISA will ship a remanufactured board overnight. Then the customer may immediately install our remanufactured board into your system and return their damaged board to us.

Quality Repair/Remanufacturing Process

When repairing or remanufacturing a part, ISA technicians conduct an extensive component level troubleshooting procedure using specially designed electronic testing equipment. Once testing is completed and the problem is diagnosed, a highly trained technician using state-of-the-art repair equipment repairs the board.

Repaired boards are then put into a live working system that is identical to your own for a functional test. This test insures that the board will work properly in your system as it verifies the integrity of the board repair.

Once the board is tested sufficiently and deemed repaired, it will be cleaned and treated with our exclusive acrylic coating. This coating protects the board from heat, steam or water damage. Lastly, the board is stored or sent to our customer in specially designed static free packaging.
